INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
You may be required to pay a customs charge/duty tax to the shipping company, please note you as the customer are liable to pay this charge, this charge is not issued by Athaliah's Artistry LTD.
ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US BY COURIER:
Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel twice, if it has not been delivered please visit your local delivery office and check if it is there. After attempting to deliver your parcel twice, Royal Mail will hold the parcel at your local delivery office for 2 weeks, if it has not been collected after 2 weeks it will be returned to us as the senders. If this happens, once we receive the return we will refund the cost of the products ordered, minus the shipping cost. Refunds should be processed and refunded back into the account you used to pay for your order within a few working days depending on bank processing times.
