Refund policy

DEFECT/DAMAGE/WRONG ORDERS:

Once the order arrives please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us via our Whatsapp business number, website or email immediately if the item received is defective, damaged or wrong. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it IMMEDIATELY as we uphold our integrity and standards high as a business.

ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US BY COURIER:

Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel twice, if it has not been delivered please visit your local delivery office and check if it is there. After attempting to deliver your parcel twice, Royal Mail will hold the parcel at your local delivery office for 2 weeks, if it has not been collected after 2 weeks it will be returned to us as the senders. If this happens, once we receive the return from Royal mail we will refund the cost of the products ordered, minus the shipping cost. Refunds should be processed and refunded back into the account you used to pay for your order within a few working days depending on bank processing times.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be given on any returned item which is sent back within 14 days of receiving, after it has been checked by our goods-in department. Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive to our warehouse damaged, or that have been used.

Refunds will be processed only when the returned items have been received and checked by our Distribution Centre team, and may then take up to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.
